The Estates Division - Exclusive and Luxurious Accommodations

The Estates Division is a new developement offered by Grupo Vidanta. Locations are in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya and East Cape so far. More are likely to be added with time.

East Cape - Estates may open in 2024.


The Estates Division at Vidanta includes locations in Nuevo Nayarit/Jalisco, Mexico; Riviera Maya, Mexico; and East Cape, Baja California. Buildings in Nuevo Nayarit and Riviera Maya are three winged pods, each with three floors of accommodations. This photo generally shows how the buildings in Nuevo Nayarit and Riviera Maya look. The building in East Cape is different, with four to six levels, depending upon the section of the building. The Estates buildings in Nuevo Nayarit and Riviera Maya each have three levels with a total of 54 units. Twenty four are one bedroom, two bath units, twenty four are two bedroom, three bath units and six are four bedroom, four and a half bath units. Each unit is beautifully appointed, luxurious and offer privacy for guests. The facilities, swimming pools, gym, spa and restaurants are created to satisfy guests looking for luxury, privacy and immersive experiences while vacationing in Mexico.

The Empire Estates units are magnificent.

The Estates Division is completely separate from the Grand Luxxe Residence Club, so there are many rules and other benefits in one that may not apply to the other.
