Breaking news! Questions answered! Rather than a canal with boats to take Estates owners and guests to and from the beach property east of the highway, a gondola system is now under construction. The two towers are on the west side of the highway. There is a long road to the Estates development. Guests were told there would be a canal linking the Estates to the beach. Maybe not.
The Estates development has been an evolutionary project. Originally, there were to be million dollar homes. Then they became shared wall facilities. Now they are units in three story buildings. All we can say is....stay tuned.
