Letter From Iván Chávez - The Estates

This letter to members from Iván Chávez is a welcoming one. It provided information about subects we have been thinking and talking about for months. The takeaways are:
- The Estates units will be "fully" completed by January 30, 2021.
- Included will be surrounding landscaping and units will be ready to be enjoyed.
- Also the Estates exclusive pool and lounge at Beachland will be completed by January 30, 2021 as well.
- It sounds like Estates owners will be taken from Jalisco to Nayarit and back again via a new bridge. Will it allow two-way traffic?
- Estates owners and guests will have free access to the Gondola, which will likely be at the Tower Five/Residence Tower station and take them to the Beachland area on the Nuevo Vallarta side.
- A beach facility that is exclusively for the Estates owners is now under construction along the beach on the Nuevo Vallarta side.
- The snack bar, pool, gym, spa and spa areas of The Estates will open May 15, 2021.
Note the additional buildings that were under construction in June, 2020.

This structure has been identified as the golf academy. Could it also serve as the staging area for moving guests to their respective units? Another question that many members ask about as they check-in to their Luxxe reservations is when will my luggage be available? It will be fun seeing how management resolves these logistical issues.
Many members have been waiting since 2018 to see a finished product. Three years later, it has arrived. It will be interesting to see the property fully completed and whether it lives up to the high expectations raised when the units were sold.
