The Estates construction in Puerto Vallarta is coming along. The aerial photo was taken on June 8, 2021. There are interesting changes appearing.- Thatched roof structures at the roundabout in the lower section of the photo. Gym area?
- White roofed structures that are circular structures. Charles said these are the SPA buildings for massages and hot tubs.
- Two pools that appear to be the same size. Also, there is a bar at the end of each pool.
- Maybe the large structure at the end of the pool area is the restaurant.
Bob and his wife and family are there now, staying in the 4 BR Residence. He took some great photos of Pod #2 and the footings for the new bridge.
Pod #2 - All 4 BR Empire Estates units.
Since Pod #2 will be all 4 BR Estates, Pod #1 will be the only location for 1 BR and 2 BR Estates units.

The interesting fact we see from the aerial photo is there are no other Pods currently under construction. There are many details that have to be worked out before the new pods are built. Next season expect new offers, and sales generated from these offers will partially support construction of new units.
