Larry's NV Update: La Comer - Tower Six - The Park - Estates

Larry and Maria spent a lovely two weeks in Nuevo Vallarta. They sent us photos of:
- La Comer - a new big box store located across the parking lot from Mega in Bucerias
- Tower Six, which is under construction at Nuevo Vallarta

La Comer - A New Big Box Grocery Store - Next to Mega In Bucerias
La Comer is a new big box store located across the street from the Mega Foods store in Buderias:La Comer as seen from the front of Mega Foods in Buderias.
It is a clean, beautiful store with reltively competitive prices. What wins over members who have shopped La Cromer is the quality of the fresh vegetables, roasted chicken, variety of beverages, and its overall clean nature. You can identify the areas in the store by sifting through Larry's photos of the store's interior:

Tower Six Construction
Tons of dirt have been added to the grounds in front of Tower Six. We watched a frontend loader move endless loads of dirt brought from the area of the Park that is being dredged, which is close to the Ameca River. The ground level was increased at least five feet while we were there in January, 2018.Tower Six is 6 floors high. We do not know the ultimate height of this tower yet, but suspect it will be nine floors like Tower Five.
Note the elevator tower appears to be in the junction between Tower Five and Tower Six.
It appears tower Six will be linked to Tower Five B by virtue of its elevator shaft. Does this mean Tower Six will be the last of this series of towers? Time will tell.
Tower Six could open in December 2019 assuming a two year construction cycle. Consider the time to build Tower Five A:

Hotels At The Park
Three hotel structures are skeletons. But reports by other Aimfairites say there is a lot of activity in the Park. So, the project is moving forward at good speed.It appears tower Six will be linked to Tower Five B by virtue of its elevator shaft. Does this mean Tower Six will be the last of this series of towers? Time will tell.

Estates Construction?
Although it has not officially been confirmed, could the first Estates structure be the pod-like structure that is under construction on the other side of the Norman Course bridge?
