The third volume, Winter edition, 2017 of Vidanta Traveler - Spanish Version outlined The Estates configurations. It appears there will be five separate floor plans with names. Monarch Estates:

Arboretum Estates:
"At 16 feet above the jungle floor, the units at Arboretum Estates offer a viewing tower from the ceiling. Glass walls and volumes with wooden panels contain separate rooms. The guests of these contemporary cabins can choose between two unique interiors: Brightly colored furniture inspired by the nature framed by walls Cumarucon ebony tones and ceilings with rope details; or a lighter style in sand tones, complete with house platforms in the tree that descend towards an infinity pool and a place for bonfires."
Arboretum Estates units offer a viewing tower in the unit. Glass walls and high ceilings increase the volumn of the unit.
The Two Story Nautilus Estates:
"Being the only two-storey unit, these stone and wood houses are directly on the canal, with cantilevers on the podiums entirely of glass to offer an endless view: an optical illusion that extends to the ocean, blending the pool impeccably and the channel in a single element."
The Nautilus Estates is stated to be the only two story floor plan, although there is also a two story 1 BR Loft floor plan too.
Villa Estates:

In these units, the flat and modern ceilings are favored on the palapa. The Villa Estates appears to be a smaller floor plan with a low profile and community feel. It appears these will be the lower end of the price range.

Two Story, 1 BR Jungle Estates:

The article in the 2017 Winter edition of the Spanish Version of the Vidanta Traveler provided insight to the Estates floor plans. It will be interesting to see if these new products will be successful and popular.
