Estates Construction Update - Jalisco

Estates construction in Nuevo Vallarta is active! Charles and Larry were busy during their respective stays taking many photos of changes taking place at Vidanta's Nuevo Vallarta property.August 8, 2019 - An overview of the Estates Development in Jalisco. Boca de Tomates Road is next to the new construction.
- A new building across the river appears to be a people transfer station. For lack of a better description, that's what we will call it until we learn otherwise.
- An elevated roadway is under construction. Will it be elevated all the way to the Boca de Tomates road, where two new, large buildings are under construction?
- Work is being done on the two unfinished sides of the Estates Pods. The side that is more advanced appears to have windows in some of the openings. Will these be models?
- Two large, rectangular buildings are under construction next to the Boca de Tomates roadway. Are these going to be where we all will be housed? Pretty close to the runway! It will be fun waking to the sound of planes taking off, don't you think?
As of October 10, 2019
October 10, 2019 - Will this be a Transfer Station where Estates guests wil be taken across the river? Will this be a gondola station?
October 10, 2019 - elevated roads are under construction.
October 10, 2019 - The "Estates Pod" - the metal thatched roof structure is on one of the Pod roofs and will be installed shortly on the other.

Along the Boca de Tomates Road
November 6, 2019 - Construction of two buildings along the Boca de Tomates Road. The righthand building appears to be at least two stories tall. The building on the left appears to be one story.
