{DIV(type="blockquote" width="600" align="justify" bg="lavender")}HI, We have a question we thought you might be able to help us with.We were contacted by a person saying he is Adrian Garcia with the Skylar Vacation Services, 555 California St, San Francisco, CA 94104. Phone #415-692-4021.
He claims he has a buyer for our Grand Luxxe Villa who is trying to acquire enough GL weeks to be able to join the Vidante group so he can build a Grand Luxxe in Costa Rica.
Wants us to send him ID copies of ourselves and a copy of our contract.
He says we have to pay our assignments directly to the Grand Luxxe, which amounts to 10 wks maintenance fees at which time the purchase money of $165,100 will be put into an escrow account and an escow company will assist us in transferring our unit to the buyer. Then we will pay Adrian Garcia an 8% commission out of the $165,100.
