In this case, the caller told our intrepid Aimfair Scam reporter that he has an office at an address in New York City. Rather than spend time examining the domain history for the company the caller represented, our investigator called the management office for the building. Of course, he found that the company does not pay rent to the building management nor does the company have an office on the floor the caller provided. This small bit of time exposed the true nature of the caller. You can so that too.

They are not on the 7th floor and they are not on the 34th floor. You can choose to work with them or not but if it was me. I would not.

It only takes a minute or so to call the building where the caller claims his or her office is located. Ask for the building management office, inform the answering party you are questionning the legitimacy of a caller who said he has an office in the building and ask if it is true. Nothing to it, and it may save you thousands of dollars.
