New Construction Sites At Nuevo Vallarta

The newest product offered by Grupo Vidanta is a product called the Estates. The final designs of these floor plans are still under management's review. Sales has discussed the concept of the Estates - a form of shared wall structure located on the Greg Norman course side of the Ameca River. There is also discussion about the Jungle Estates floor plan, not to be confused with the Luxxe Jungle Suites. Sales indicates these are single family dwellings, and they are reportedly planned for Riviera Maya, west of the Joya Theater.Contracts have been discussed, pre-construction payments to reserve contracts have been paid and interested parties are waiting for final designs, locations and contracts.

September 11, 2017 - Cement structure is in place, white lines are gone, but there is clearing closer to the rivier.
December 19, 2017 - Cement structure is in place, white lines are gone and construction is taking place closer to the river.

There are many explanations for the construction that is takiing place on the Norman Course side of the Ameca River. So far, there is no explanation from the Sales Department yet. We understand that management has not decided on the direction they want to take. Therefore, we will have to wait for an explanation of the options that will be made available in the future. Regardless, we are confident the options will be appealing to all of us.
