Chris, his wife and a long time friend and his wife spent the last week in January in East Cape Tower 1. Sales likes to call the open section Tower 1, the middle section Tower 2, and the west section Tower 3. Tower 1 was scheduled to open in June, 2024, but opening was postponed to November, 2024. As Chris commented, this is a long and expensive soft opening, lasting well into February, 2025....
