An Aimfair member let us know about a Michael Bennet who cold called and asked if the member wanted to sell his property. The answer was no, but.....he did the right thing by letting us know about the call.What did we find?
- The address is real, but the company is not located in the building:
- We called the property listing agent and found we were not the only ones calling about this company.
- Telephone number: 337-443-4729
- Website: http://www.globalliquidityservices.com - Nice looking website though.
- Bruce Connor is listed as the domain administrator with a telephone number that is listed by Ligia Pezzica at a different address. Nothing is traceable.
- Of course, the name is not a business in good standing with the Secretary of State in Louisiana.
- Great to know that others are doing their due diligence. It only takes one call to determine if the person is actually located where he says he is.
- Bottom Line: If you can't find the party who wants to do business with you, then you should walk away! Nothing good will come from such a bad start!
