Foreign Escrow Service Dekker

This offer implies Vida Vacations marketing team has a two year first right of refusal to do something that is not detailed. Clearly an attempt at linking Vida Vacations with the Foreign Escrow Service Dekker group for validation and credibility.

The sender of the note, a Mr. David L. Kraus states he is a licensed real estate broker registered with the Illinois Department of Real Estate. A search for his name in the Illinois Real Estate Records database finds nothing.

The address is also likely to be phony because there is no suite number associated with the address. Without the suite number, mail cannot be delivered.

According to public records you are a registered owner for more than two years at Vida Vacations, since the resort’s marketing company (sales team) loses the first right of refusal after two years ,we would like to know if you be interested on receiving a purchase offer from an already interested client, if you do please respond this e-mail promptly saying that you are and we will gladly contact you to talk about the offer in detail.
