Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts - Nuevo Vallarta

After years of requests and finalizing property plans, tennis courts seem to be in a place they might call home. There will also be at least one Pickle Ball court in the area too, and maybe two. We were told to Pickle Ball courts were being striped when we saw the property in March, so we can't vouch for their finished look yet.Regardless, the facilities are beautiful and will be fully used, we would guess.
First, where is the complex on the property? Between the Highway and the beach, under the Gondola cable.
