The Estates development in Nuevo Vallarta (Puerto Vallarta) has two separate pools and a restaurant (Not open yet). The entrance to both is through this building.
Estates Pools Update

Progress is being made. The Estates Pools are open for use.Our onsite reporter tells us the Estates are 40% occupied this week. During an afternoon stroll at about 5 PM, the pools were unoccupied. likely, everyone was getting ready for their evening meal, so he missed seeing other guests at the pools. Regardless, here is what he saw:
After passing through the entry building, we walk down an attractively appointed runway. There may be fire pits along the way. At the end, there is the new open air restaurant. It will be fun to experience it for the first time.
Pools are located on each side of the walkway. It appears from this aerial photo that the resturant is at the end of the walkway. The complex with the pools and restaurant are located below Pod #1 on the right side of the photo.
This pool has a bar with a backing. Both pools are the same size and design.
The back of the bar at this pool is open and exposed to the jungle folliage that encompases the pools.
It will be fun to see the pools in use. Maybe toward the end of October we will see more guests using the facilities. Also, the restaurant will be interesting to see too, because from the looks of it in Bob's photos, it will be beautiful.
