Greg Norman Sighting - Seen At East Cape

Jssquared follows progress on the many fronts at the Grand Luxxe Residence Club and keeps us well informed.Today, he alerted us that a tweet by the "Shark" Greg Norman Twitter Feed showed photos of Greg Norman walking the East Cape property on May 29, 2018. Following are photos from his trip to the property:
We've heard that the first construction projects on the property might be a golf course. If so, having Greg Norman physically walking the property could be a sign of good things to come.
East Cape Vidanta is only 45 minutes or so away from the Grand Mayan in San Jose del Cabo, so it is conceivable that introducing the property through the use of a new golf course could be an economical way to gain pre-sale exposure to the property. Certainly, it would be less costly to create a golf course than it would to build out the infrastructure for hotels, then construct the buildings and finally build out the golf course.
No announcements, no promises, just a designer of golf courses doing a "walk about" on Vidanta's East Cape property.
